Flesh and Bone

He Looks,
Looks inward,
Looks far,
Beyond the wandered trail,
Over the cliffhanging doubts,
Past the center of the core.

He Speaks,
Speaks firm,
Speaks warm
Of what is hidden,
Loudly of what is shown,
About fear, intimately.

He Listens,
Hears too much,
Hears not what is said,
Trusting the causes,
Burdened by voices,
Scarred with moans.

He moves now
- All heartbeats slow -
